I think if visitor numbers on our hotel hit 14,000 again, Green Pillows would be around 1 Throne, they are a good investment but only if numbers are rising.

The typo, also to people considering to buy Christmas Furniture - DO NOT because, we'll see a repeat of last year, a rise but you can't sell the items for anything.

I have bought 4 Typos and I should make 40 CS profit on them all, so yeah the best rares to buy at the markets current state are Typos, Thrones and maybe summer furni.

How did you work that out? lol

Green Pillows were never going for 14 CS as it was on Habbox, I had to sell mine for 9 CS and so do others, when you actually trade, you see a difference.

Summer is over now, these items will probably not rise at all, if we get 14,000 people on next summer then the summer furni will hit very high like last summer.

Fans - 0.6 CS
Pillars - 0.6 CS
Green Birdbath - 2 CS
Holiday Romance - 2.25 CS
Hammock - 2.25 CS
Sand Patch - 1.5 CS

So my advice to anyone wishing to make profit is to buy cheap supers which are unusually low and wait for a rise.

Then at the end of autumn you could take a gamble and buy summer rares for summer 2008
