Ah, that springs to mind, because your not really used to the temperatures in arizona since you moved, you haven't developed into it fully yet, because its 20 odd degrees+ out there isn't it? No really way to get it better tho.

whether your house is air conditioned or not, you still go outside and your body's exposed to heat that it's still obviously not used to. i wouldn't worry too much about it, personally. i'd suggest just sleeping with a sheet rather than a duvet if you don't already. you could also get some of that cooling spray in an aerosol can or whatever, that may do the trick.

at night, this only happens when I sleep, if I stay up all night it doesn't happen.

But i get soooo hot, like REALLY hot, at night, for no reason whatsoever, the a/c is on along with my ceiling fan, and even if I don't sleep underneath my covers I still get hot.

anyone got an explanation for it and how i can stop it?

    thanks!
Yes I used to get really hot but I slept naked and my troubles were gone. Also I put a cloth over my head and felt mighty refreshed!

Have a HOT bath before you go to bed, the coolness of of the air compared to the bath will cool you down, just enough to get you to sleep lol.
