Depends what you want personally?
I would say the Hd if your going to watch a lot of the HD channels but if your not going to get the bigger tv.

couldnt you try and get a bigger lcd Hd Tv, 15 is a little to small i would think.

overall its your choice
i would say that you should have the HD lCd but try and get it in a bigger size
