    I've always heard they're pretty hard to get infected...
    Mine probably won't, Only one of my piercings has ever got infected before and that was my belly, which is extremly common.
    I tend to look after them.

    Yeah Scott has no idea what he's on about, tongue piercing is about the least likely to get infected, unless you're really skanky. The natural bacteria in your saliva help clean it and keep infection away.
