    Your supposed to have a chair that supports your back && keeps it straight && upright. It happened to me because my old chair didn't have one, I switched chairs to an upright chair && now I'm perfectly fine. Try switching chairs before visiting the doctor, instead of wasting time && if you have to pay for the doctor's appointment, money.
