not another barrows pure.... dude become a defence noob, even im working towards it, keep str at 70, get 80 attack and 90+ str. become a TANK. it pwns really, way too many people have str anyways...

At lvl 87.. I bought dharroks went to pc and lived there :S till 83 str...
Get them explosion pots so your like 5 hp.. and then just run in and hit 60s ftw

guthans lets you train attack, strength, controlled and defence.. and i wouldn't recommend training with it just use it to heal!
