for the Wii the looks will be you would throw the remote around and not button bashing as i can see them trying to make the best of the Wiis controls
For the DS the controls may be button bashing and some touch screen controls.
It is a game so it doesnt matter in sonic games sonic is a fast blue hedghog and in mario games mario is some random plumber running around. It is jsut a basic olympics game with nintendo & sega char. =]
