    Pretty much the exact same for me.

    I use php5 primarily (testing locally = php5, testing on my host = php5), but at the same time I have access to php4 on both as well, but I see no reason to stick to php4 anymore.

    I say start using php5.
    XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JS, php, MySQL.
