Yeah but requires lots of work. Im on level 3.

Quest is possible at level 3. And just find runners at every altar. Instead of you giving cash you give double runes or whatever. Or if you want a 99 that's not really common go for mining. Mine tons of coal, mith, addy and rune and roll the cash in even more. Good luck.

Fletcihng once you're 70 you make 20k per 1k bows if bought at the right price.
Cooking can be used to make cash.. Once you can cook sharks buy them at 900each cook them sell em for 1k each in world 18-22 and make a 100gp profit per shark.
Herblore can be profitable; Make prayer potions sell for more in world 18.REMOVED
