well, it lets you like serve meals and stuff to passengers by pressing keys, and you have a co-pilot with like voices, so when you turn to quickly it goes 'WATCH THE GS' as in watch the g-force.

Jetways do move at airports in FSX. (Not sure at all) But in FS2004 you can get software which install these things into the sim.
