Just the redeeming feature is not available for anyone, and yes I have check everyday...

Yeah, i've heard people say it too, some can apperently redeem
whilst others can't.

It was removed from the catologue a few days ago for me and lost_witness announced it on habbo but the article seems to have vanished now.
