Step 1: Set up a bank account which allows you to make payments over the internet.
Step 2: Go to www.paypal.com set up an account on there.
Step 3: Transfer some money from your Bank account to your Paypal account.
Step 4: Look for someone on the forums selling RS cash or search on google.

Or as others have said fishing is preety good, and to get 91 RC you really do need money to start off with.

I can make 2m a day runecrafting laws... rcing nats is far better money. 20m is an exageration, but if you played non stop you could probs make 10m in a day

its not an exageration, my friend played non stop for like 20 hours..made 20mil. He's 99 runecrafting now but he's quit. No wonder, rs probably nearly killed him!
