well theres quite a few who fly over to the us. a route thats quite cheap is Liverpool-Belfast £11 then Belfast-Toronto Flyglobespan (very cheap) then Toronto-Phoenix i'm sure someone does try doing like with air france like fly to farnce then over to paris.

wouldnt you have to like wait around hours cause of check-ins and stuff. bit tediouss?
