    I'm not nvrspk4 just covering his jobs.

    Well it's a choice that you either accept it or don't come onto the forums, most people don't even read the T&C's when signing up to something, they just accept them. I don't see how its very two-sided, as we have clearly stated we will change the rules without your notice, which is saying we will change them and you will automatically have to accept them.

    We do often announce rule changes to inform you of new rule breaking, as part of the T&C we don't have to.

    I can see what he means. It just says you agree to them when you agreed to them and that you modify them without notice. It doesn't actually say you agree to the new rules. Even if you didn't, however, you'll either be banned for disagreeing anyway. If you 'automatically' accept the new rules, then it should say you should, rather than letting a user assume that they have to, which is what you are pretty much saying Joshuar.
