http://free.ultrahost.com is a good host. Doesnt do everything it says on the tin, but does have PHP (in safe mode).

My site is on there
(It doesnt display ads or popups on your site, but as you upload things or change settings it shows them. Stick to FTP to upload/download and its good.)

yep there listed i think, but that site http://www.free-webhosts.com/ is realy re;ly good, u cna fine exscaty what u wnat, from php to asp hosting with or without mysql database, even ones with unlimted band witth and spce etc.
