My guide to slayer could be summed up in 4 words:

It's quicker to use the ectophial then run west to Canifis...

Best way to get to slayer masters:

Burthorpe: games necklace or house in taverly
Canifs: Ectophial or kharyll teleport/house portal
Edge: Glory/house glory or padewwa teleport/ancients homeport
Zanaris: Glory to edge and fairy ring to zanaris, or glory to draynor.
Shilo: House at brimhaven-cart or ardougne-cart. Fairy ring south of shilo at a push. btw, its 1-200gp, not 300gp

I know that there are better ways, but at level 40 odd, you dont expect everyone to have done dt etc so i did the best general method of reaching the masters.

Edit: Alex, i said roughly 300gp.
