    Did you know wasabi is a type of hot cabbage?

    I adore sushi, although I'm not keen on fish sushi, except for tuna ones, so I normally buy a vegetarian sushi. Something For The Weekend on the BBC made their own sushi once, and it looked delicious, and would make great party food, because they're quick and cheap.
