Once a tree grows you can chop the logs. And dig up the roots to sell them.

If you aint worried about getting the herbs and stuff then go to all the allotments you can ina ll the diff places and plant 1 of everything in any allottment?
But its also good xp if you actually dont let them die, Which always happens to my stuff. :@
