    People who live near to pylons have a much increased chance of getting cancer (or some other illness), as part of the charge 'leaks' from the cables. Thats a small amount which can't be helped going through a wall, imagine the amounts required to constantly run household appliances.


    Plus people could 'jack' your electricity.
