Your site looks extremely unprofessional with a lot of Typos, and generally because you decide to use an @hotmail.co.uk email, instead of an @electic-host.com, and to add onto that, the template you are using, is one from a "Free Template site", which I don't class as a major problem, but you need some sort of professionalism, or you won't sell your product.
Plus the search box in the top left doesn't even work.

If you intend to get any customs ever, then consider making your own professional looking template, without some disgusting font for the banner, and why not consider getting some real emails, and use a word processor or something, to check your spelling.. Since, to be honest, because of the poor spelling and punctuation, I get the idea you were going to call your hosting electric-host.com and not electic-host.com

I think i know where that template came from *snorts* I got it an edited it, my version looks barely anything like it but it's still rubbish so i'm getting a new one. Nearly everyone here knows about Zymic free templates. I made a mistake when I used one and ur makin an even bigger one by not even editing it!

U made a mistake on the name. I mean whats 'Electic' supposed to mean?
Even if all of the above was ok, your packages are extremely expensive compared with all the other companys around.
