Most of them are ex-hobbas anyway just now getting paid to moderate. They'll probably have wanted you to use player support for the general questions but don't expect an answer within the next two weeks

Depends what MOD banned you, there's possibly specific rules on what you say. You had an intention of using a bot but if you had said "blah blah used a bot i thought he would have been banned isnt that against the habbo way". That was you're covering your own back and leaving no sign that your going to do it.
