    maybe.
no one in my family is.
    i can't live without milk.
    cereal.
tea [evaporated milk for orange pekoe].
    umm, what else?
    cheese!
    omg.
    & most importantly, ICE CREAM!
    imagine life without dairy products.
    omg.

i know there are pills you can take when you eat dairy products that will stop like the pain.
like sometimes you need to poo, it'll stop that.
you have to go to your local pharmacy & go to the pharmacist.
    ask him for them.
their not prescription drugs, you can get them on the shelves but just ask the pharmacist for more information.

I'm lactose intolerant. And I live on a dairy farm (Oh, the irony!)

If you get cramps at the bottom of your stomach, or in your cruotch area, and then sorta really need to go (ie, runs) then you most likely have it.
I thought I had an alergy to caffine in tea until I started drinking it without milk, and then one day I was on holiday and I could only eat cereals and milk for breakfast. Bad move.
Its mainly only milk that sets me off, but real cheese, cream and butter does as well, not the skank you buy in sainsburys.
Try drinking tea without milk, and see what happens. Use water on your cereals instead, its what i do.

Soya milk, MacDonalds and Tesco make me heave. Not good.

Also - try this site, its where I found out and decided to go to see a doctor
