Flash uses c++ ?? 0_o I never knew that, i just used Adobe Macromedia Flash CS3 lol

Flash does not use C++. Flash uses Actionscript, and unless you are making Flash games, then only a basic knowledge is required. Learning Actionscript will not help you unless you become a Flash developer. Learning C++ would be useful, but I don't think it is the easiest to start off with.
C++ is used primarly in desktop applications. If you wanted to become a network systems developer, or someone who deals with server farms and datacenters, Perl, Python and PHP would be worth researching.

That thread was quite useful, it seems that i should try to learn php and c++ eventually though. I'm just wondering where to start out.

Learn programming logic and best practices first, that will make it easier to learn actual languages. C# if you want a .NET language, Java if you want or C++ which you can also use with .NET
Otherwise I would suggest Python, Ruby On Rails or you can always go for ColdFusion of Pascal ;p
