    Because they scam people, the arent rly poor, well some are.
    Once there was a woman selling it and she had a plastic baby wrapped up in her arms
    No longer active on here

    yes, they are.
    considering they have to be legally registered as homeless to sell it.
    i do volunteer work with Crisis at Christmas, a free homeless shelter, and they sign people up there.

    No and I think it's because the majority of people who buy it are adults.
