I can see where your going in terms of that new - Wii Fit (HAY A VIDEO GAME THAT MY CHILDREN KAN LIKE LOOSE WEIGHT FRUM), but they won't even play it - thus the parent's will think it was just a waste and not purchase and more Nintendo Wii games. Gaming is for fun, not for losing weight.

As far as Microsoft and Sony are going, I think it might be a run to the finish line. I heard that the sales at the end of this year will decide everything.
The Wii is fun, that Wii fit looks awesome, you may look like an idiot but you are having fun at the same time
I'm going to save up and buy a wii sometime

Trust me, you'll just spend 20 minutes on it and then think (HAY I KAN DO THE SAME THING OUTSIDE AND FOR FREE TOO) If you are going to buy a Wii I strongly recommend to wait for the Wii Board to be inputted in games (imagine a hula dancing Mario with that board). That's when I'll be getting one anyway

I'm buying a Wii ASAP, they're fun and even if you are paying for something you can do for free it's still a game and it's fun

Well.. we're all entitled to an opinion... I just think you should at least wait for the Wii Zapper to launch, I've played Red Steel on it and Wii FPSs Controls are the worst you could imagine.

2009 is where we will see the real Console Wars
Lool, 2008 will be Nintendo. Sony's time has come. Microsoft will be close second imo.

Trust you? Have you played Wii Fit? I think not, so you can't say whether it's going to suck or not.

Holy ****. I haven't looked at the console sales in ages but look how much the Wii has caught up!

Nintendos DS and Wii have been the top 2 sellers for every month this year, sure microsoft was 2007...Red steels controls are crap for the first 20 mins then they come into their own, the greatest controls I have ever used. At one point I jumped off a building a sniped 2 people on the way down, try doing that with an anologue stick. You say wiis arent fun but thats what they were designed for, every played warioware when your drunk or raving rabbids they are hillarious.

    LOL GUESS WHAT GUYS

I played Red Steel on my cousin's Wii, turns out he'd been fiddling with the sensitivity a bit too much, he just told me via Messanger, and Btw I do have a Nintendo DS and I must say, it is Nintendo's strongest strength.

I might get a Wii next year or somethin

Don't know if I agree with 2006, I think all Nintendo had was DS, 360 was out and Microsoft were on top since the release of the first xbox until now, the competition is harder for them now as the PS3 and Wii are out, and of the 3 consoles the Wii is the only unique one

I had no intention of getting red steel right away anyway, I'm after the party games and Mario games, as well and Metriod and SSBB which I've been looking forward to since it was announced
