Constructive criticism:

• Watch your colours - the background is too glaring
• Change the font to a more web friendly one, like verdana
• have more padding between the tables so the writing is not as close

We all have to start somewhere. My advice is listen to what people say without taking it personally (they don't know you personally) and start reading a book on BASIC HTML - you will be surprised how much you learn.
