so tbh in my opinion shilo village is the best for bulk smithing.

+ varrok for anvil?

For anvils - varrock west bank

The undoubtful best place which you've all missed out on for a furnace

One click bank with the furnace less than 1 screen away. Dont need to click on minimap at all. Also great for cooking if you still burn stuff.
