as long as the personality was similar to mine. I would want to go out with someone who I could talk to for hours on end without getting bored. someone who is adventurous but also has a normal side. I would love to have someone that laughed at my jokes as I did theirs, I would also like someone who would care for me. If they where "beautiful" its a bonus.

But beauty is a very vague term, beauty is an opinion, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I think everyone is beautiful.

You don't have to have your hair completely cut off, just have it tidied up a little.
Believe me, not long ago I had long hair, and I had it cut recently and people prefer it shorter (but they did also like it longer).
Your hair does look quite greasy though, to be honest I think that's a bad thing, it sends off bad signals to most people (including employers, if you're looking down the job route).
Elsewise there's not alot wrong, just need to control your hair sir (I'm aware you said noone is touching your hair)
