Random, if you just used it, it will work for you because you are 1 of the 3 accounts that have used your limit. So here it is in the context.
Ragdoll try's using the pin, it says " you have more than 3 accounts "
You are currently using one of the pins, so if you then try using it, it will be successful because you are eligable to use it.Hiya
