There quick enough to take your money. if theres a problem with the vip with sms then they should take it off till its fixed.

No they should take down the sms sytem till its fixed, they shouldnt be allowed to do this. If they have that on the vip within 24 hours i expect within 24 hours not 2 weeks later. Basically ive paid for something im not getting.

I would of reported then to vb after a week. there taking money and not givin what you paid for.

Your month of VIP will not begin until you have it added onto your account. So when it's added, your month will begin then.

They may of brought it down, but when the systems are down it may still charge you.
