Joshuar is the only one who is supposed to deal with the features! Nvrspk4 sets up the VIP subscriptions amongst other things.

Also, the reason you don't see me doing anything is because I'm behind the scenes, I add VIP and rep, and sort out VIP issues. Its Josh who does features and name changes. That's usually how things are run in the VIP department
