I only want to get to 85 Range then i can get Chins, that will help my hp

In my opinion the best way and the way i did it on my pure was to get to 80 by going to the fire giants from the waterfall quest and using iron knives or arrows, not to much difference and thats quite a quick way of doing it. Or if you insisted on pest control i would actually train another stat and just use the points on range because you wont get much xp per game for range tbh.

I train my range on tzhaar monsters i buy 1k mith bolts and some range pots by the time i use all 1k i usually get a obby drop which makes up for it...but apart from that pc is probs fastest

You only get 2xp per hit at pest control. Everywhere else you get 4xp per hit.
