If it is true then it's probably just a storage room. If you saw the room on eBay, someone else would of got into the room and would of pretended to sell it.
Sulake staff would know not to sell Habbo stuff on eBay, they're not stupid enough to lose they're job over a few pounds of pixelated furniture.
