    Why bother with ADO? Its basically a Microsoft ActiveX tool (Eww) for accessing databases in ASP. If you are ever going to bother using ASP you might as well use ASP.Net that has better features for accessing databases. Since most modern phones and portable stuff can view XHTML/HTML webpages WAP is outdated.

    I'm not bothering with ADO unless I need it when I learn ASP, but I'll probably take your word for it and learn ASP.Net. I was only wondering if anyone is going to learn ADO.
