Yuh Joshuar did resign and one of the super's will no doubt get promoted to doing it but i guess it takes time they havent even removed half the staff permissions which have resigned.

i think nvr does do name changes cuz he made the threads to do with it. i requested one and all the other admins have been online a few times and looked at it but not done anything about it

joshuar has resigned from doing usertitles/vip editing

nvr does staff name changes, if you get a vip name change then you won't get an announcmennt, unless your staff & you've changed your habbo name and stuffs like tht.

Joshuar has recently resigned from VIP's editor. He is still doing some features for another few days until someone else can takeover. You just need to be patient.
