I do not understand why people are selling because it's decreased by a few Club sofas, it makes matters worse and secondly would it not make sense to wait a few weeks/months for it to return to a high price instead of selling and making a loss now?

People may just want to cut their losses now as thrones could carry on dropping, although saying that they already seem to be increasing as people don't want to sell for lower then 35.

ye the throne went down due the the following reason.
A few Habbo's started to make rooms which got them ont the popular list of the "Trading Rooms" on the Habbo's Navigator.
They began to sell there thrones cheap - Very cheap.
Everyone got hold of this and began to worry and it all when chaotic and everyone wanted to get rid of their thrones.
However, the trades that started the chaos could of been fake but who knows.
Rare value staff reported the throne low so the throne was put low.

Yes, i don't respect your answer but i know what you mean by corrupt.
The throne went down to far in a few hours.
When i last checked it was 46 then 42 and then 35 ect.
Yes, i agree the throne should be put down as it's spoiling super rares but i also agree that you can't put a normal rare down 10 HC in 1 hour.

If you wanna blame somone blame senors he was selling thrones cheap then it just caught on.
