i had a similar situation a couple of years ago.
im not going into detail.
but i know; it's hard.
you feel bad going out anywhere- so you don't.

I went to a club called "Young Carers" by me.

The club I went to were run by PSS.
I doubt they operate in your area; but you could find something similar.
