Since it's most likely aimed at Habbo fansites, you want to be hitting about £2 - £5. No more than £5, I would say. Most website would probably stick to their current scripts I'm guessing.

Well... its all dependent on the script as a whole, not just the features.

I mean sure - I could make a usersystem with a 7 page long features list but if it looks ugly and is difficult to use and navigate then nobody's going to pay anything for it. So you see its very difficult to give you a price-point without any sort of demo (or screenshot for that matter). So ya... sorry
