Electric. It's probably just puberty, not the shaving. Try using some face wash cream or something, it may help.

Use those daily throw away shavers, that is what i now use + they are cheaper than mach 3/4 lol. Also use a shaving foam which helps stop u getting spots.

Using them is like trying to shave with a broken glass bottle of lambrini, always buy gillette.
