    As others said, doubt its normal bleach...

    also must be somethin dangerous that wipes out the pigment or somin

    My niece has patchy skin, her mums white and her dads black and she has like light and dark brown patches on her skin

    It wont be the same bleached used as supermarkets, lol. And i think its common sense not to leave your hands in a bucket of bleach for too long.
