Having sex can change when a girl comes on her period. Also as its her first time she may have been scared or stressed and this can make periods late.
Try not to worry about it, give it 2 weeks and if she still hasnt come on go down the doctors.
Make sure you comfort her and are there for her, its times like this that show how strong your relationship is

Basically just try to use condoms to be on the safe side.The other day I was in a toilet.
