In what way is that helpfull?

1) open up new exploer/firefox window and try again
2) clean cookies and temp files and try number one again
3) restart comp
4) uninstall shockwaver and reinstall it ( if u cant find it do a program search found in your start menu ) then reinstall it
5) if all else fails turn comp off unplug modem and wait couple of mins then try it all over again

Myn was like this last week. Its just probs due to bad lagg. The rooms stayed the same for around 30 minutes, my room was busy and had 21 people in it. When i went to Trading Rooms it wasnt their. Just need to leave it i suppose, not much you can really do.

Well, I can't find it in the thread. If you mean 'and everything', then obviously he hasn't tried everything and didn't mean he has - it's just a suggestion which he hasn't said he's tried.

Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Find it in that list.

u click start on the bottom left hand side of your comp then u click search when the menu pops up then u type in shockwave
