    I cleanse, and then use a solution containing 2.5% of Benzac. Works brilliantly

    I use this nivea for men face wash, then after that i use this like skin conditioner thing and it smells well lush, use cold water to close the pours, also if it gets greasy really fast, then use a cotton pad to whipe off the excess grease and then wash your face. Always wash with a face wash, not soap (as soap is just animal fat and chemicals basically) because it will make your skin more greasy.

    I heard clearasil is bad, but the new like gone in 3 days thing is good apparently.

    Good luck

    So many replies, in so little times!
    Thanks to everyone!

    Some people say use clearsil;
    some people say don't.

    And do the one post that mentioned it;
    I do have a fringe- but that's not going to change any time soon!

    The easiest, cheapest and simplest thing to do seems to be,
    wash using a face wash in hot water, then wash with cold water.

    Also, do the one post who mentioned using a cotton pad; I did think of this, but i wasn't sure whether i'd be removing the grease, or spreading it along with germs from my spots.

    But still, any more additions with help are appreciated!
    the best have been rep'd ;]

    You can use these clear skin whipes which can be bought from any chemist/boots. They open your pores and clear the greasy stuff from them and if you have spots, dires them up so they can be squeezed easier It works cause well I have perfect skin and USE THEM!

    Buy something by a popular brand for spot removal, like clearasil. And, use the face wash and then use an afterwashy type thing to clean it after. I did that and they did start to clear up.

    I found the clearasil made mine worst. Depends on your skin type.

    I'd stop using soap if I was you. Just plain water does the trick.

    For the spots... Before you go to bed put toothpaste on them - It dries them up and kills them offf.

    Alternatively buy this from the body shop it works for oily and spotty skin

    Seriously, its EXCELLENT. I'dm give it 1 million out of 10

    Forget about all those brands like clearasil ect. I use a great homemade serum, Mix a table spoon of Honey, teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix it together, apply to the face as a paste, wait 15 minutes, use a warm damp flanel and rub it gently of the face .
    this will smoothen skin, soften skin and help remove spots, freckles, beauty marks and bags under the eyes

    Tbh, I'd be too scared to make my own stuff. I'd rather use like.. recommended stuff like Clearasil or Witch or something. LOL!

    But I dont have a problem with my skin right now!
    Thank god.

    Do they give any reason for not using it? The main problem with it is the fact that it dries out your skin, but that's exactly what you need. You can get stuff for sensitive skin too. Go for that imo.
