Well first thing is right now I'm not very sure but it looks to me like the only thing they copied was the layout. Atleast some of the code looks original. You can firstly try contacting them and see what they say - but just a suggestion but don't try the whole "frustrated 2yr old with a rattle", maybe try to be professional - also helps if you dont suggest it is a total rip right off the bat, atleast wait until you see the rest of the panel before you say that.

Oh, and if infact he did recode the panel then they only really need permission from "L. Bateson" to actually use the layout.

Anyways I actually know the owner of the site and I do know that hes attempting to code himself a members system/user system to deal with his billing and whatnot so I'll mention that to him next time I see him on MSN. But be polite and you should be able to reach a reasonable agreement

You must get a few points before making accusations :rolleyes:

1. This was not for public view, as Scriptz said I am learning php and was editing the script to help me learn the login and other functions ect

2. This was in no way been distributed as I was just learning

3. The panel I have been editing for my use only has now been removed from the website

I am sorry if this caused any issues as I do not know how it was found as I am the only one who knows the URL to the panel.
Again sorry for any issues that may have been brought up
As everyone knows people have to learn somewhere

you should really code a 'banner' into the functions file so you can stop a url from using your system...

I don’t think you get it... it wasn’t intentional... I was just using it to help me learn functions and ect... a new banner was just something i did when i was bored because i have upgraded my photoshop
