Seems as though you have jumped to the conclusion her friends spiked her when it could be a number of different factors.
If she was spiked then they often can't remember what happened, yet she remembers having 1 drink not 2?

All she remembers is having a drink and then her friend was gone. (her friend just walked out of the house without my sister knowing.)

She ain't trying to hide the fact that she took drugs? As it's not something she would probably tell your family if she did.
I know if i took them and that happened and my family found me I would blame it on the booze lol.
