    i also find getting stressed / in a state gives me spots, so try to keep calm.

    when i had a pizza face i went to my doctor and got zineryt. just rub it on your face twice a day for 5 weeks and it gets rid of them amazingly.

    Depends what you define as acne. Clearasil and proactiv will work on one or two spots or the little ones on foreheads but some people get it severe all over and you should change your diet and get medication for that.
