User systems don't necessarily need a CMS aspect. The most you would have to do is create a function that checks whether a user is logged in, and has access to view a certain piece of content.

By CMS aspect i mean controlling like "System Offline", "Enable/Disbale so and so" etc etc etc.

I didnt say a CMS. CMS aspect is diff, cos i say so.

Also CMS could be used to do all the "YOUR SITE HERE" bits.

Or you could just create a config file (i.e: config.php) and put all of the coding in there (in php)..

Good luck with it. I'm doing a similar thing soon. I had already started but something more important has cropped up.

... You said CMS aspect. Forgive me if I was so idiotic that I got it confused with CMS. It was such a terrible silly mistake for me to make.
