I thought computers could learn. It depends what you call thinking. Because computers can analyse a situation and process an answer. And I've heard of robots that can walk across a room and when they hit the wall, they have recorded how many steps it took. This means next time they won't make the same mistakes. the robot would have to be programmed to do such a thing. take for example a scarecrow robot. it would scan for birds and shoot them if that malfunctioned then it could mistake birds for humans and them kill humans but my point is the robot would have to be programmed in a way to kill things if it were ever going to kill people Originally Posted by Browney
