I love how they've called it Live Help. It reminds me of the time where I was spamming someones Live Help system with "HALP I HAS AIDS"... Hee hee.

Yeh they were changed to community staff a while back...
mod-moose was helping me on my acount and she said something about community staff - cos i asked whether she was at the offices... she said no we are community staff that work at home..
