I think he's just trying to do what's best for you & your future. He's looking out for you & I think you should be very happy that you have a father who wants the best for you.

My dad lives in USA he is total opposite lol, completely laid back, lets me do what I want.
He will only ever advise me on what he thinks I shouldn't do or should do, but he wont be like "dont you do this"
Neither is my mum to be honest, my friends always said I had to much freedom. But I am older now so my parents 99% of time treat me as adult so its all fine.Gone - Goodbye
